Welcome to www.galacticregina.com, operated by The Rainbow Human SAC, a legally registered business in Cusco, Sacred Valley, Peru.
By accessing this website, purchasing any product, or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.
2. Services Offered
Through www.galacticregina.com, The Rainbow Human SAC offers the following services and products:

All services are subject to availability. The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offering at any time.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 years and older only. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this requirement.
4. Bookings & Appointments
All sessions must be booked through the booking system available on www.galacticregina.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed payment arrangement.
4.1 How to Book
Certain services, including 1:1 sound healing and coaching, require completion of an intake form prior to your session. This form collects health and wellness information necessary to provide safe and personalised support. Sessions will not proceed without a completed intake form where required.

— Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance of your scheduled session.
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full. No exceptions.
— 1:1 sessions cancelled within the required notice period may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. They are not eligible for a refund.
— The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full rescheduling option will be offered.
If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended. The full session fee applies.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer. All payment options will be displayed at the time of booking or purchase.

All prices are listed on www.galacticregina.com and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
5.3 Currency
Prices may be displayed in USD or local currency equivalent. Clients are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by their financial institution.
Payment plans may be available for select packages or programs. Terms of any payment plan will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services. Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy
All sales of digital products — including guided meditation recordings, healing art downloads, digital courses, and any other downloadable content — are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible.
6.2 Coaching & Sound Healing Sessions
Sessions cancelled within the required 48-hour notice period are non-refundable and may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled outside the notice period are also non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
6.3 Group Programs & Retreats
Refund terms for group programs, retreats, and multi-session packages will be outlined separately at the time of purchase and form part of your agreement for those offerings.
6.4 Exceptions
The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
7.1 Ownership
All content available through www.galacticregina.com — including but not limited to guided meditation recordings, healing art, Light Language transmissions, digital courses, written content, images, graphics, and brand assets — is the sole intellectual property of The Rainbow Human SAC and is protected under applicable copyright law and DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) protections.
All digital products and content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
— Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any content in any format
— Resell, redistribute, or share any content with third parties
— Use any content for commercial purposes
— Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content
— Upload or share any content on public platforms without prior written permission
7.2 Personal Use Only
If you choose to share any content, testimonials, or references to your experience with The Rainbow Human SAC on social media or any public platform, you agree to credit @GalacticRegina and/or reference www.galacticregina.com. Sharing of actual digital product files (audio, image, video, or document files) is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. Integration Coaching
8.1 Scope of Service
Integration coaching offered through The Rainbow Human SAC is emotional, spiritual, and reflective support only. It does not involve the facilitation, sourcing, supply, recommendation, or encouragement of any controlled or psychoactive substance.
8.2 Legal Responsibility
Clients are solely and fully responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations regarding psychoactive substances in their own country, state, or region. The Rainbow Human SAC accepts no liability in relation to a client's personal choices regarding any substance.
8.3 In-Person Sessions
In-person integration sessions take place in Cusco, Sacred Valley, Peru, where certain plant medicines are used within legal traditional and ceremonial contexts. Online integration coaching is reflective and supportive in nature only and does not constitute facilitation of any substance use.
8.4 Not a Medical Service
Integration coaching is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical care. Clients with diagnosed mental health conditions are encouraged to work alongside a qualified mental health professional.
All coaching, sound healing, and wellness services offered by The Rainbow Human SAC are complementary and spiritual in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By booking any service, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and that you have consulted a qualified medical professional regarding any health conditions where appropriate.

By booking or purchasing from The Rainbow Human SAC, you agree to:

— Take full personal responsibility for your choices, actions, and wellbeing
— Engage with all services with respect and integrity
— Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence
11. Recordings
Group sound healing sessions may be recorded. By participating in a group session, you consent to being included in the recording. Recordings are for participant use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published without written consent from The Rainbow Human SAC.
1:1 sessions are not recorded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rainbow Human SAC and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, its services, or its digital products.
The total liability of The Rainbow Human SAC in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from any service or product offered by The Rainbow Human SAC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
By using this website or purchasing any service or product, international clients agree that Peruvian law governs their relationship with The Rainbow Human SAC.

The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
