Refund Policy

1. Our General Policy
All sales made through www.galacticregina.com by The Rainbow Human SAC are final. Due to the nature of our services and digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made or a service has been delivered.

We encourage all clients to read service descriptions carefully and to reach out to us at contact@galacticregina.com with any questions before making a purchase.
2. Digital Products
All digital products — including guided meditation recordings, healing art downloads, Light Language transmissions, digital courses, and any other downloadable content — are strictly non-refundable once delivered or made accessible to the Client.

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Coaching & Sound Healing Sessions
Single sessions and package sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

— Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
— Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and forfeited
— Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable and expire according to the package expiry terms outlined in our Coaching & Wellness Service Agreement
Multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased, including any unused sessions remaining at the time of cancellation or termination of the Agreement.

Sessions must be used within the package duration plus two (2) additional months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited without refund.

5. Retreats & Group Programs
Refund terms for retreats and group programs will be communicated separately at the time of registration and will form part of the specific agreement for that offering. Please read those terms carefully before registering.
6. Exceptions
The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to issue a refund, credit, or partial credit at its sole discretion in truly exceptional circumstances. This does not constitute a waiver of this policy or an obligation to offer the same in future situations.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage all clients to contact us directly at contact@galacticregina.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and transparently.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of access to services and digital products.
