Coaching & Wellness Service Agreement

1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between:
Service Provider: The Rainbow Human SAC, operating through www.galacticregina.com, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Peru. Contact: contact@galacticregina.com

Client: The individual booking or purchasing any 1:1 service through www.galacticregina.com
​
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or completing an intake form, the Client agrees to all terms set out in this Agreement.
2. Services Covered
This Agreement applies to all 1:1 services offered by The Rainbow Human SAC, including:

— 1:1 Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching
— 1:1 Integration Coaching
— 1:1 Sound Healing (in person)

All services are subject to availability and to the full Terms & Conditions published at www.galacticregina.com/terms-and-conditions.
3. Nature of Services
The Client understands and agrees that:

— All services offered by The Rainbow Human SAC are complementary, spiritual, and wellness-based in nature
— Services do not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, or mental health therapy
— Regina is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or clinical therapist
— Results from any service are individual and are never guaranteed
— The Client takes full personal responsibility for their own health, wellbeing, and choices throughout the duration of this Agreement

Prior to the first session, the Client agrees to complete an intake form honestly and in full. The Client agrees to disclose any health conditions, medications, or personal circumstances relevant to their sessions. Withholding relevant information releases The Rainbow Human SAC from any associated liability.

4. Intake Form
5. Bookings & Scheduling
— All sessions must be booked through the booking system at www.galacticregina.com
— Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed payment arrangement
— The Client is responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time
— Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond its originally scheduled end time
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
— Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance of the scheduled session
— Sessions cancelled within the 48-hour window are non-refundable and will be charged in full
— Sessions cancelled outside the 48-hour window are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
— Rescheduling requests must be made via email to contact@galacticregina.com
— The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full rescheduling option will be offered to the Client
7. Packages & Expiry
— Multi-session packages are available and must be paid in full prior to commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
— All package sessions must be used within the package duration plus two (2) additional months from the date of purchase
— Example: a 1-month package expires 3 months from purchase date; a 3-month package expires 5 months from purchase date
— Sessions not used within this period are forfeited without refund
— Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with or gifted to another individual
8. Payment
— Payments are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer
— All prices are displayed at www.galacticregina.com and are subject to change
— The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that transaction
— The Client is responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges
— Where a payment plan has been agreed, failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for sessions, packages, or digital products once purchased. Please refer to Section 6 for cancellation and rescheduling options.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of The Rainbow Human SAC in extraordinary circumstances.
10. Communication Between Sessions
The primary mode of communication between The Rainbow Human SAC and the Client is email at contact@galacticregina.com.

— Ongoing communication between sessions is not included as part of any service unless explicitly stated in a package
— Email contact is available for urgent administrative matters such as rescheduling or intake updates
— The Rainbow Human SAC does not provide between-session emotional support or coaching via email or messaging platforms
— Response times may vary and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe
11. Confidentiality
The Rainbow Human SAC agrees to hold all information shared by the Client during sessions and through intake forms in strict confidence. Client information will not be shared with any third party without the Client's explicit written consent, except where required by law.

The Client is encouraged to respect the privacy of any other clients or individuals whose information may be referenced during group contexts. Confidentiality of other participants in any group setting is the shared responsibility of all involved.
12. Safeguarding & Emergency Situations
The Rainbow Human SAC is not a crisis or emergency service. If the Client discloses information suggesting immediate risk of harm to themselves or others, The Rainbow Human SAC reserves the right to:
— Encourage the Client to contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately
— Suspend or terminate the session if necessary for the safety of either party
— In extreme cases, contact relevant authorities if there is reasonable belief of imminent danger

The Client is encouraged to have access to appropriate local emergency and mental health support resources throughout the duration of this Agreement.
13. Recordings
All 1:1 sessions — including Whole & Well coaching sessions and Light Language Healing Transmission sessions — are recorded via Google Meet. By booking any 1:1 session, the Client explicitly consents to the session being recorded.

Recordings are shared privately with the Client via a secure Google Drive link for personal use only. Recording links remain active for 60 days from the session date. Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published without prior written consent from The Rainbow Human SAC.

Group sessions may be recorded with participant consent, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
14. Intellectual Property
Any materials, recordings, or content shared by The Rainbow Human SAC with the Client during or following sessions are for the Client's personal use only and remain the intellectual property of The Rainbow Human SAC. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

— If the Client terminates: any unused sessions or package time remaining are forfeited without refund
— If The Rainbow Human SAC terminates due to a breach of this Agreement by the Client: no refund will be issued
— If The Rainbow Human SAC terminates for any other reason: a pro-rata credit for unused sessions may be offered at its sole discretion
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rainbow Human SAC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru.
18. Agreement & Consent
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or submitting an intake form, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching & Wellness Service Agreement in full.
